Uneasy
The lady was pleasant but the old man was very rude and abrupt didn’t appear at all dog friendly one of our dogs had never been in a kennel before so was very scared and anxious and growled so he didn’t want to deal with the dog at all would never go back and wouldn’t recommend

Disappointing
This is my first ever review, for any kind of thing, but felt it was necessary, particularly for those of us who LOVE our animals like we do.
We booked our beautiful Labrador in at Euchuca K9 Kondos in mid May 2017 and dropped him off on a Monday just before 1pm.
When we arrived the first words the owner said to us were 'we gotta make this quick as I have an appointment at 1:15pm'. Ok, we can understand that, so we did our best to accommodate his scedule by doing everything he requested us to do with urgency, such as fill in paperwork and provide vaccinations certificates etc etc. But, his lack of interest in our lab whilst we sat there and his nonexistent customer service with one worded answers to our questions were unnerving.
My father who happened to be with us, tried engaging in conversation with the male owner whilst my partner and I completed forms and got very little out of him.
After we finished the paperwork, we followed the owner as he walked our lab into the enclosure thinking we'd at least see where our boy would be sleeping but he was very quick to close the gate on us and walk away, leaving us rather upset as we didn't get to cuddle or say goodbye.
Instead of feeling comfortable about leaving our lab at a kennel, we felt quite the opposite, instead we tossed and turned all night until we decided to do what felt right with us and pick him up.
We called the kennel just after opening hours, and told them our plans had changed and we needed to pick up our boy, not surprisingly we were greeted unfriendly on the phone.
When we arrived, he seemed incredibly annoyed at us and decided to charge us for two days, even though it hadn't even been 24hours and they charge on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, the vibe we got off this kennel was more centered around money rather than the love of animals.
