Such an awesome facility. Do not waste your time searching any other places or looking for a cheaper option. Yeah initially u might think they are expensive but that price includes EVERYTHING!! No added sneaky costs for additional one on one time or bringing your own food etc that all the other places throw at you.
My two golden retrievers are my life n reluctantly i had to board them for three weeks. They have never been away from me for longer than 2 days.
My fears were quickly removed when i met the caring staff n taken on a tour of their facilities. I knew straight away my boys were goingto be in safe hands. They even accommodated their diet requirements (vegan with pasta n veggies) at no extra cost.
I highly recommend this clean n modern facility. If you care about your pets you will be able to leave them there n walk away knowing they will be cared for at the highest level by their highly trained staff.

Happy fur babies
Left my 2 fur babies Ava and Micky for 2 weeks while we went overseas. First time boarding them as they are usually pet sat at home. I was anxious leaving them as Ava can be difficult with her food and I was worried she wouldn’t eat. No need to worry, the lovely staff looked after both of them beautifully, even hand feeding Ava when she was being fussy. They came home happy and healthy. Will definitely use this kennel again. The staff genuinely care about the animals left in their very loving and capable hands

Busta
Busta stayed here for 7weeks and he loved every minute of his stay, he was spoiled and taken care like we would at home. We as owners are very greatfull and happy with this place would recommend it to anyone with pets. 5star and more. thanks heaps guys.

Excellent
Our dog, Buster, has stayed on many occasions and Chester, our cat, has been there for several months lording the chattery while our house is being built. We feel very secure that we can leave our boys in Brett and Charmaine’s capable hands. Highly recommend the Hunter Pet Motel.

Hunter Pet Motel
Ziffy has only ever been to a kennel once 10 years ago, which put me off sending her again until now. We are so happy with Hunter Pet Motel that she will be back. From the initial phone call of reassurance, to meeting the girls and to picking ziffy up and see she has eaten well, is friendly to the girls and seems really happy, just helps with the easy decision to return. Thanks all for taking such good care of ziff.

Extremely happy!
I would highly recommend the Hunter Pet Motel.
Phoebe has a medical condition and requires tablets and a special diet. She can also be difficult to feed. The staff at the Hunter Pet Motel took the time to make sure she eat 3 meals a day, even laying on the floor and hand feeding her roast Chicken to ensure she ate.
The staff also noticed how anxious I was when I dropped them off as this was the first time boarding them, that they called me that night to give me an update. I contacted them 2 more times during my 2 week holiday and they were more than happy to provide the update.
At pick up both dogs where both happy and healthy and the staff gave me a full report on their stay and took time to just have a chat.
The staff are extremely nice, caring and love what they do.
The facility is the best I've seen (I toured a lot before choosing Hunter Pet Motel) .
I will definitely go back to the Hunter Pet Motel.

We were very pleased with the care given to our toy poodle on her 4 day stay and would use the facility again if our travel circumstances were such that boarding in that area were needed

Toby and Olly
We recently travelled overseas for 3 weeks and left our boys in the capable hands of the Hunter Pet Motel. They had never been boarded before and I was quite anxious about how they would go.
I need not have worried. Toby and Olly were very well cared for. When I collected them, they were happy and in excellent health.
The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very caring. Toby was clipped at my request and they did a great job. I received a photo of each of them via email while we were away.
I would highly recommend the Hunter Pet Hotel and will definitely be back in the future.

Highly recommend
Rooms Always clean. Friendly always accommodating to our needs. There are closer pet motels to us but wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else.

Hunter Pet Motel
This is a wonderful place to have your animals cared for when you go on holidays. Brett, Charmaine and Hannah are very lovely people and there staff are very caring and helpful with the animals. I am so glad I found such a wonderful place to leave my cats when I go away. Thankyou Hunter pet motel for taking great care of my fur babies.

Very happy with the service provided at Hunter Pet Motel, my cats and rabbits felt very comfortable the moment they arrived, which made me feel much better about leaving them. I actually think Duchess would have preferred to stay there rather than come home.

Best place my cat has ever stayed
Absolute quality service from drop off to pick up. My cat has always come home happy and sometimes hasn't wanted to come back home at all because of the amazing treatment she gets at Hunter Pet Motel.
Very sad to be moving away because I know she will miss this place.
I definitely recommend this place for pet boarding.

I am very happy with Bret and the team, my Zoe just loves to go there, I have no hesitation at all in leaving my baby with Bret and his team.
Very friendly staff with loads of customer service.! The proof is in the pudding each time I drop my girl there she runs to Bret.! Enclosures are spotless, no smell either. Very important!

Excellent Service / Friendly Caring Staff
Recently had my cat, Panzer, in for a stay at the Hunter Pet Motel. As this was his first stay away from home I was quite concerned about having him stay in an unfamiliar environment with strangers. The staff at Hunter Pet Motel allayed all my (perhaps mildly neurotic) fears. The facilities are clean, immaculately maintained, spacious and extremely reasonably priced. I was also pleasantly surprised when I made contact with the staff during and after the stay that they were able to tell me little stories about my cats peculiarities. This of course would not be possible unless they spent time in his company. I would recommend the Hunter Pet Motel without hesitation.
