Very Very Impressed
I recently had to find, at short notice, boarding for my 8mth old Great Dane. My daughter suggested Hunter Pet Motel as she takes her two dogs there. I was very impressed with the service I was given, and even more impressed with the love and care they gave her, I would recommend Hunter Pet Motel to everyone.

Hunter pet hotel have looked after my chow chow twice; whom can be quite temperamental at times and every time he is happy after the experience and very well looked after. Most recently they helped me in a difficult situation whilst I was overseas when my pet care fell through and went above and beyond to help me out making the process as stress free and easy as possible for myself and bear.
Would most definitely recommend!

We had every confidence leaving our Border Collie who had recently undergone a leg operation with the knowledge that they were trained in post operative care. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the facility and in all the staff members we had dealings with. We will have no hesitation in leaving our dogs with Hunter Pet Motel in the future. We thank all of the staff for the care and compassion given to our pets which allowed us to have a guilt free holiday.

Don’t Book Anywhere Else!
Just collected our three babies today!
We have three very different dogs with very different personalities and very different ailments and issues. Our dogs are very spoilt, and I certainly wouldn’t let just anyone look after them for 10 days.
We have two smaller breeds, a pug and a terrier and one larger bull mastiff x. Between them all they have Pancreatitis, a heart condition, elderly, anxiety that can manifest into growling and separation anxiety.
Not only did Hunter Pet Motel welcome my pet bio’s on each dog but they had them printed and attached to our file on arrival, it showed they had appreciated the extra info and were wanting to do their best for our dogs.
Kane our bullmastiff was previously attacked by another dog at a dog park and since then does not like unknown dogs or people. Hunter Pet Motel ensured Kane was kept completely seperate from other dogs with his own section of yard. The staff at Hunter Pet Motel were amazing, how they delt with Kane’s anxiety was second to none. They also let me ring every day for the first 3-4 days, just to check it was all going well and didn’t make me feel silly for doing so :)
I can’t put into words how happy I am with our experience and how relieved I am to find a Pet Motel that is this amazing.
I have collected three very happy, sleepy boys who must have had the best time!

Stress Free Stay
Our dog Oscar stayed for 5 nights. Clean, well presented accommodation and friendly staff. Oscar seemed relaxed and happy when it was time to pick him up. We also had him groomed to our specifications. Job well done!

spoilt my baby
My beloved three year old Bay ( Mini lag Haired Daschund stayed at the Hunter Pet Hotel
The first times had ever been away, she was looked after beautifuly by the owners, photos and videos sent to see to allay my missing her.
She was even given a bath before picked her up
I would recommend this Hotel to anyone

Happy cats
Our three cats recently boarded at HPM and we are very happy with the service we received. ours cats were relaxed and playful - always a good sign. Thank you, we will be back.

Highly recommended
I have left my dog and my cat here for long and short stays and they love going back there! My dog begs to be let out of the cat when I go out there, and my cat thinks it's her second home. Very friendly staff who genuinely care about your animals....nothing is too much hassle.

Best Pet Motel !!
We dropped our little kitten Kev off to stay here for 7 days. They staff were all so welcoming and friendly. I was very impressed with the accommodation area for both dogs and Cats. It was very organised and well structured. When I viewed the Cattery it was clean and well presented. The staff loved and cared for our Little fur baby and we couldn't rate this accommodation more highly. When we collected Kev he was clean, full of food and very happy. We will be using Hunter Pet Motel well into the future. Very happy!!! :)

Incredibly grateful
The Hunter Pet Motel went above and beyond to make my two dogs and kitty feel comfortable and also put my worry at ease after their long flight across the country. My pets were well looked after we received regular updates and their feeding were individualised to their needs. Would highly recommend the Hunter Pet Motel!

Really liked this place. My boys were safe here while my wife & I holidayed overseas.

Winnie, the puss cat, is a regular at Brett & Charmaine's place - she's stayed about 6 times over the years ranging from 3 days to 30 days and I cannot fault them in any way. Professional and polite and above excellent facilities. Well done Hannah for employee of the year! I highly recommend HPM to take care of your fur babies...

Best kennel and cattery in the Hunter Valley
After researching and visiting three kennels in the area I chose the HPM for my pets. I could not recommend this facility HIGHLY ENOUGH to anyone that has a cat/dog or puppy. I took my husky puppy and my cat here for 10 days and couldnt speak highly enough of the owners and all the staff that work at the HPM! The facilities are spotless and like brand new. I even got a progress report during my holiday on how my fur babies were doing seeing as it was their first time in kennels. Thank you so much to all the girls and the owners. I will recommend your services to everyone!!! And my fur babies will definately be back for you to spoil next time!!!

First stay
I was very apprehensive about taking my cat to a boarding cattery but Charmaine and the team were wonderful and supportive. The premises was clean, cool and comfortable. Hugo received a lot of attention. I would only suggest more kitty litter in the tray as some cats like to dig deep. I asked for more in the tray and Charmaine did add another scoop, I would be happy to provide my own. Thanks for looking after our boy so well.
