The only place we feel comfortable in leaving our Border Collie, Delta. As Delta has a heart condition and is on medication, I sleep easy at night knowing that Wendy and the other staff take wonderful care of her, check on her and keep us informed. I know Delta loves her time at Jaimon and I wouldn't leave our girl with anyone else.

This was our dog's first stay with Jaimon and we were anxious about him as he doesn't do well around other dogs. Wendy and the team took great care of our dog and made sure he was stress free. He came home happy and settled. Great team who know what they are doing

I did not have a good experience with Jaimon. Wendy is not a very nice lady and very untrustworthy! Long story short, she requested I collect my dog earlier than planned, which I did, and I moved him to another boarding Kennel (Homebush - very lovely and accommodating - definitely recommend!). As his care was cut short, Wendy was refunding me the balance. We discussed on-site and confirmed the refund amount of $162 which Wendy tried to eft immediately while I was there but unfortunately she had left her phone up at her house so was unable to transfer right there and then and she apologised and said she will transfer it later that day. I left my details with her and left the premises. After a few days, I called and left a message as a reminder as I had not received my refund. A week later… another phone message which I also followed up with an email reminding Wendy of my bank account details, in case she had misplaced them, and again confirmed the amount of refund that we discussed and confirmed onsite. After more phone messages (which no one ever returned) I got hold of her daughter - absolutely lovely person and very understanding and welcoming. She apologised for the delay in my refund and explained that Wendy was away and would be back later that week (only Wendy can do the refund). A few days later I re-emailed my bank account details and refund amount so Wendy didn’t need to go searching for it. Finally a week later… my refund showed up in my account less a $20 “admin fee”. I rang to discuss with Wendy as at NO STAGE did she mention that there would be an additional fee! Extremely unprofessional and rude. The audacity to take a $20 fee (which was NEVER discussed) after a MONTH of waiting for the refund!!! And to palm it off as a ‘admin fee’ when it was clearly due to her not liking my “aggressive dog”. Strangely enough, I have NEVER had any issues or complaints with him previously and Homebush Kennels also had no issues and assured me he was a lovely dog - they were just as confused as I was with the complaints from Jaimon. Still waiting on my $20 refund - I would appreciate payment.
