Sadly our dog came home today starving and very sick that we are actually looking to put her down I repeat please don’t take your animals there yes prices are good and they are nice people but they don’t care at all about your animals!!!!

your animals do not get looked after no one there cares about them at all if you asked for your animals to get feed at certain times it won’t happened

We have a 1 year old non desexed Rottweiler (Bronson) who had never spent a night away from us. The months leading up to the booking I called multiple times to ask about feeding times, kennel dimensions, play times, what we can bring, and just express my concerns. I always spoke to Matt and he was so patient, friendly, and hugely reassuring. Matt gave us a tour and said we could bring our own bed, toys, water bowl and treats for Bronson. Upon arrival Matt and the team knew exactly who Bronson was and remembered all the things I had spoken about on the phone. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our requests which really put us at ease!
While I was away Matt maintained great communication with us, he even altered Bronson's food multiple times as he wasn't eating due to being anxious.
Where Bronson stayed was clean, spacious, access to grass area, access to fresh water, well ventilated and shady.
Bronson came home the same happy, healthy boy, and shiny clean from his bath. Thank you SO MUCH Matt and the team.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend any one take their animals here. my 2 dogs had stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas 22/12/22 to the 6/01/23. They both came back with scabs all over them and one of my dogs had lost 6kgs amd is now on antibiotics for all the scabbing. 100% recommend not recommend any one to take your pets here.
