DO NOT come here if you want a good environment to train your dog. We took our puppy here for their puppy school and when our dog got overwhelmed with the new environment none of the trainers knew what to do and all gave conflicting instructions. When seeking a refund when they refused to allow the dog to their club they dragged out the process for weeks and ended up saying they were sending a cheque after multiple emails back and forth to get the fees returned but we still havent received the refund. This club is essentially a group of elderly ladies who use the club to inflate their egos and give themselves a sense of self importance.
