Great Place
This is very clean and well-organised place. Aprile is very professional and very friendly too. Our dog looked calm and happy when we picked her up. We would certainly bring our dog to stay again.

Molly's Holiday
Our 10 year old Pomeranian Molly just spent 10 days with Aprile from Barkers Boutique and thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Aprile takes the time to get to know all her guests which helped Molly settle in very well. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

Caring, personalised and professional pet care.
Our Smithfield Cattledog Les, was beautifully looked after by Aprile for his 3 day stay. The kennels and yards are spotless and surrounded by picturesque farmland. Les was in excellent physical and emotional health afterwards and I will definitely be using Aprile's services again.

Bailey’s first stay was a great success!
We had a great experience leaving our small dog Bailey with Aprile for a week last month. We had a look through the property and noticed that the play pens are kept really clean and tidy, and Aprile rotates the dogs around so there’s lots of new smells every day. The kennels have under floor heating and Aprile was happy to put Bailey’s jacket on him when needed. We also booked him in for grooming while there and he came home looking so beautiful! Aprile sent me photos and an update after Bailey’s first night to tell me how he had settled in. I felt really positive about the experience and will definitely be using Barkers Boutique again for our next holiday!

Thanks Looking After Rusty
Aprile has done a great job looking after Rusty for the past 5 years when we go away. Really sorry to hear that you are not going to be looking after large dogs anymore. We will miss being able to bring Rusty to you and know he is being well looked after.

An excellent resort for your dog
Thank you Aprile for all your hard work. The property is immaculate, the dogs are kept stimulated during the day and warm during the night. Aprile even went to the trouble of sending me a text every second day with an update of how my dog was doing, along with a photo. As this was our first time apart in over two years, I found this very comforting and reassuring. I strongly recommend Barkers Boutique Holiday Kennels and Cattery to all.

We have use Barkers Boutique three times now and we are very happy with the service,reasonable prices and the facility is kept very clean . We know that our cat Mia is been looked well after so we don't have to worry about her while we are away.

Another Great Stay
By know Iris knows the layout. She walks from her basket to her stall, tail up and happy. Aprile, looks after her and all cats as if they are her own. Iris is always happy to see us and to get back to her home, but Barker's is her home away from home!

Excellent care
I started with 1 dog and 1 cat at barkersboutique, and now I have 1 cat and 3 dogs staying with April when we go on holidays. I love the fact the April takes time with the dogs as the 2 new additions were very timid the first time they stayed with April. All my pets are happy and relaxed when I return. I would also like to add that I have to travel 1hr to drop my pets off. I could find other kennels closer to home, but I prefer to travel to April as I know my pets are well taken care of. Thanks April for all the love you give to my babies.

A luxurious home away from home for your beloved pet when you are away
Marley has stayed at Barkers on a number of occasions. He is always happy when I pick him up. Aprile gives him a lot of TLC -he really loves her. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and spacious. The cats have there own space to walk outside. A quality place for him to stay when I am away-I always know he will be well taken care of-so a weight off my mind.

Flynn and Majors holiday
We boarded our dog (Flynn) and cat (Major) with April over Christmas for 5 weeks, on our return both animals were in good health,relaxed and happy.
The facilities were very clean and it was obvious to us April is a animal lover. During our absence we sent an email enquiring as to how they were going and were given a very descriptive response far from a standard "they are ok". This was very comforting as we were a long way away and Major is 14years old.
We would highly recommend April 's for a sleepover for your pets.

Cat boarding
Our two cats Ebony and Tilly are always looked after so well by Aprile, they are happy to go off and explore the outside areas and I love that they have inside and outside play time. The car boarding is so clean and they always come home smelling nice. Aprile is caring and warm and has an obvious affinity for animals, we highly recommend Barkers Boutique

Cats with space...
We've been boarding our cat at Barkers Boutique for a number of years. The owner is a kind and caring person who loves her animals and takes a personal interest in our cat and for whom our cat shows great affection. The indoor accommodation is clean, spacious and multi-level and is connected to a similar roofed outdoor area, which in turn opens onto a large fully enclosed grassed and garden area where the cats get rostered time. Being on a small farm is a bonus for this healthy and quiet environment. Our cat always looks content to arrive there for a stay.
