Toby and Olly
We recently travelled overseas for 3 weeks and left our boys in the capable hands of the Hunter Pet Motel. They had never been boarded before and I was quite anxious about how they would go.
I need not have worried. Toby and Olly were very well cared for. When I collected them, they were happy and in excellent health.
The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very caring. Toby was clipped at my request and they did a great job. I received a photo of each of them via email while we were away.
I would highly recommend the Hunter Pet Hotel and will definitely be back in the future.

Highly recommend
Rooms Always clean. Friendly always accommodating to our needs. There are closer pet motels to us but wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else.

Dog boarding
We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs for stays. They always seem happy enough when we pick them up. Staff are very helpful and friendly nothing is a problem.

By far the best around!
The facilities and the service are by far the best around and quite likely in NSW and beyond!
My pets have boarded now on 2 occasions and I have 100% piece of mind when I’m traveling away for working leaving them with the amazing staff at HPM.
They always come home happy, healthy and clean and often even a little tired from the active stay they have had.
I could not recommend them more.

Great care
Very happy with Hunter Pet Motel. From the moment we arrived the staff took great care and were genuinely interested in learning about our dogs. The accommodation was excellent and the facility is very well set up. If we need a kennel again in that area it will be Hunter Pet Motel no question.

11 Day stay for Oscar the dog
The Hunter Pet Motel from the start had a welcoming approach with letting me view the kennel and responded to all my enquires. They were very interested in Oscar with weighing him on arrival and asking me what he liked to eat.Knowing he was in air conditioning was a plus. On pick up I was told about his meals and activity and that he like to be talk to. I felt as if I could actually stay there myself. He was happy going into the kennel and happy leaving. What more can you ask for. Thank you Hunter Pet Motel

Outstanding
Our dog Rosey has stayed here many times. The staff are friendly and love dogs! When we arrive Rosey is so excited and can’t wait to see everyone. Rosey isn’t just a pet to our family and when she comes here she is given cuddles and treated like someone special. I highly recommend the Hunter Pet Motel.
