OPENING HOURS Weekdays - 9am to 10am & 4pm to 6pm 4pm to 5pm Weekends & Public Hols or STRICTLY by appointment only CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day & Good Friday FULL PAYMENT FOR BOARDING FEES IS TO BE MADE AT TIME OF ADMISSION We offer special rates for FIFO - please feel free to enquire. For Christmas, Easter and all other school holiday periods, we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per pet during Christmas (December & January) and during other school holiday periods will be required for these periods at time of booking. Pick-up and delivery is available by prior arrangement ONLY. Prices on request. No Pick Up or Delivery of guests on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day or Good Friday. Vaccination Certificates must be sighted before a dog or cat is accepted as a boarder. We have a Vet on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hydrobathing & Nails can be done for a fee. Please advise on admission or when booking if this service will be required. Please refer to our rates page for prices. PLEASE NOTE refunds will only be given for shortened stays if 7 days notice is given prior to REVISED collection date. ALL BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL.
