Irresponsible and Neglectful
My dog was injured, starved and sedated without my knowledge. I was only informed upon collection and noted his feet were bleeding. They tried to blame the dog. They have accepted no accountability.

Acacia Lodge Boarding Kennels are absolutely fantastic. The love and care they showed Satchi was amazing; it's been like leaving him with close trusted friends. And they have taken such good care of him from an energetic youngster to a getting older slightly deaf dog! I've been to other places but now I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Thanks so much Deb!

Best ever
Thank you Deb for taking the best care of our timid staffy pup who isn't the best with strangers. Bindi now loves Deb & is always eager to visit her for a run in her dog park! The kennels & runs are spotless & secure, you can take your pets own toys, bed & food & everyone is treated individually. Would not hesitate to recommend & will definite use again.

Irresponsible and Neglectful
Our dog was seriously injured whilst in their care. He lost a toe, a nail and had multiple cuts. We were not informed he has been injured until we picked him up. They claim they bathed him, yet he smells awful. We can see all his ribs indicating he has not been eating. His bedding is wet also. You ppl should be shut down.
