Change for the worst
The fantastic boarding has had change ownership NOT declared on website it is family owned and day run by that family. It owner but a corporate that can be contacted, send email demand 40% upfront deposits with under six hours to pay other booking cancelled. Further conditions of deposit if cancelled is forfieted or at best a twelve months credit.
This has fabulous staff who do a terrific job looking after our pets but there new management is not corresponding with them and shielding all there correspondence use the original email & website? How can you trust pet under these conditions

Bruce
Bruce enjoyed his stay away from home. The staff we met were very comfortable around dogs and took the time to tell us about the playmates Bruce made while there.

Happy faces all round
I've boarded my dog and cats over the years at Avonlee, and am very happy with the care and attention shown. The owners are friendly and professional.
The fact that Avonlee is often booked out is a testament to how other pet owners value them.

Home away from home at Avonlee
Penny Kempler My beagle/cattle dog has stayed at Avonlea a couple of times this year and has had fabulous treatment. Even her paranoia over other dogs has been catered for. Much appreciated, especially the last visit which was for 4 weeks. Loved the facebook postings too!

Happy boy
My dog 'Boss' has been staying at Avonlee every couple of months for the past 5 years, when I travel (fly) to visit my family. He's always pleased to arrive, so is obviously very happy there. The owners and staff are kind and caring, I leave him there knowing he is safe and cared for....but I need to keep this a secret so I can always get him in!!

My Dog Didn't want to leave
Thanks to the wonderful staff at Avonlee who took care of 'buddy' for us. He truly didn't want to leave the place after receiving so much attention and exercise on his daily walks.

A great place to leave your furry family members
We've boarded our cat Coco a couple of times (and our daughter's cat too) and couldnt be happier with the service provided by Avonlee. They'll even posted photos of our kitty on Facebook so that we could see she was ok. Friendly staff too! Our furry friend didn't seem fazed by her experience and we recommend them for sure!

Best pet resort ever
We only leave our beautiful Tinka (rag doll cat) at Avonlee Pet Resort. They look after her the same we do at home, she wants for nothing. Also it is so good that they send you photos of your pet while you are away so you don't miss them too much. The staff are the best, Tinka loves the staff. Wouldnt trust any other pet resort with our girl.
