DONT DO IT!!!
ONE PAW IS TOO MUCH!!!
My dog is an only "child". Rescue dog came home 3 years ago healthy and has never been sick or had fleas. Checked him in, picked him up 10 days later. Loaded like I have never seen with fleas. After a couple of days he just did not perk up. I thought he was just tired but after 4 days we needed a trip to the vet. Antibiotics, flea treatment, more worming tablets, and $150 bucks later.....MY DOG GOT TONSILITIS. YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT COMPETENT TO CARE FOR DOGS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO.
Also whilst I was waiting to pick up my dog, an older man was dropping off his cat and when requested to provide the vaccination certificate he became angry and argued he has already provided it, so they let it go!!!!! What the!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL
One star is too many!! Our dogs are our absolute world and to have this happen is absolutely heart breaking. We dropped them off to canine country kennels in Lavington before we left for a holiday to Bali as two healthy well nourished happy dogs with the knowledge they would be pampered and well looked after. We picked them up today around 11:30am and they were not the same dogs. They are highly malnourished, underweight and depressed. I am 100% certain they were not fed today as they were STARVING. This amount of weight loss is not normal in 13 days!! We were not contacted at all to inform us there was a problem if there was one and on pick up the staff told us they were great even though we asked twice if there was a problem. I would not recommend this place to anybody thinking of leaving their pets. This is disgusting and I would hate to think of the treatment they got in there. We rang them and asked for an explanation and all we got was an I don't know attitude and a pathetic "I'm sorry". Yes I should have read reviews and asked to be walked through the facility before leaving them there but i trusted their word and the information provided on their webpage. We were offered no refund or compensation for this and management out the blame on us and our dogs and took no blame or responsibility themselves and we were told via email that they would not be investigated their staff showing they think they did absolutely nothing wrong. Think very carefully before leaving your loved pet with this establishment.
In early Jan 2017 we entrusted them with the care of our 10 yo Kelpie /Collie cross for three nights. This establishment failed to keep her safe for this short stay, allowing another dog in their care to maul her tail and bite the end off.
You would think the management of this kennel, who describe themselves as animal lovers, would be horrified, right? Wrong. The first we knew of the incident was when we contacted the kennel on Monday morning to pay the bill. In a follow up call from the kennel in response to our written request for an incident report management told us " there is no report, get over it, it is just a dog".
Two operations latter, the only way to repair the physical damage done to our family pet was to amputate her tail.
We did receive a carefully worded apology, not at all reflective of the attitude conveyed in their verbal response, and they did pay all vet expenses as you would expect.
There has been zero contact from this establishment to follow up on the welfare of our dog or the welfare of our family considering the horrible trauma they have caused us all.
We can forgive accidents but not the disgusting attitude displayed by the management.
