Wasn't happy
Picked up my dog today after a weeks stay. The kennel did not once call myself of my partner to express their concerns about our dogs barking- on pickup we were informed that he wore a barking collar every evening to stop him barking and we had to pay for this- I am beyond angry that we were not called as we do not believe in these collars and especially not to be used unsupervised! Our dog also suffers allergies and I packed his antihistamines and he came home covered in hives and had not been given an antihistamine! Will not use this kennel again!
