My pets 3rd stay

I found the people lovely.The animal enclosures very clean and spacious.overall a good holliday for the two dogs and cat.unfortunately I was not informed of the 12pm checkout and it was 13 minutes past and i was charged $45 for another overnight stay..so be prompt before 12.00,as you are not told this.and not given any paperwork to know otherwise. otherwise a great place.
