Dissappointed
Arrived at 12.40 to pick up my dog after a two day stay and was charged an extra full day fee.
When I questioned it Carol the owner turned into a robot, repeating "you signed a contract, its on the website." I just paid and left, totally annoyed by her attitude and abrupt response.
The next day I requested a copy of my signed contract which after daily emails and a Facebook blocking was finally sent through 3 days later.
Indeed it is on the contract that if you pick up after 12 an extra days fee is charged.
So they had my dog for an extra 40 minutes and I had to pay a full day rate of $30.
Even though my dog did not arrive until 3.30 on the drop off day I was still charged for a full day.
MAKE SURE YOU DROP OFF AT 8AM AND PICK UP AT 11.59AM
Oh and one more thing, our vaccination was only done the day before, and Carol did not check the paperwork at all. If she had she would not have accepted our dog according to their terms and conditions and those of the PIAA to which they are members.
If you book with these people I truly hope your experience is more pleasant than mine, no complaints about the facilities, it's a lovely location.
