It is obvious that the staff at Hedgegrove make Bowie feel safe and loved every time he stays and that is very to important to us. He also smells delicious after his bath. Thanks Hedgegrove.

My 2 fur kids always love coming here for a holiday. The staff are very caring and attentive. One of my dogs requires medication twice a day and this wasn’t a problem. We have boarded all of our dogs at Hedgegrove over the years and have never had a reason to go anywhere else. Thank you team for looking after our dogs so well, see you again soon.

Thank you Hedgegrove Pet Retreat. Charlie had a great holiday there. His tail always wags furiously when we arrive and also when I come to pick him up. The staff are very friendly and the whole experience is so easy.

This is the third time I have let Pippa have a holiday at Hedgegrove. I have appreciated the care and kindness that she has received which has made leaving her there with no regrets. The reports about her stay are also pleasing to receive. Highly recommend this 5 Star ‘Hotel’

Two dogs - Easter
We boarded our two large dogs Duke (Douge de Bordeaux) and Achilles (Husky) over Easter for 10 days. Both of our boys are rescues and while Achilles has minimal issues besides being a fussy pots, Duke has had some issues with abandonment. We initially engaged with the staff via email and then booked in a tour of the facilities. Everyone was friendly and were happy to work with us to ensure both boys would have an excellent stay. We were able to board them both in the same kennel which eased some anxiety within Duke but we were also able to provide our own food for them and treats which kept them happy. After discussing Duke's anxiety with the staff we were able to see our vet to get some medication for him which the staff were happy to administer while there. We received a call from them while we were away to update us on how they were going but also to let us know that Duke had settled in really well, but was off his food and a little bit out of it with the medication and we made the decision to stop giving it too him and he perked right back up. So their level of care and attention to the boys was exceptional. We booked them both in for two walks while they stayed and their little report card and photos that we were sent was such a cute addition! it made us feel good that they were happy and having fun and being looked after very well while we were away. We will be sure to book them back in when we have to go away next time.
