Terrible
Terrible experience. Advertises itself as an organisation with employees, but isn't. Is a group of disconnected franchisees, and any issues are the responsibility of the franchisee.
Paid a premium to have an organisation where I thought I'd have a certain level of quality, and where I'd have recompense if something went wrong.
Instead, my furniture and floors were damaged by bad service and completely inadequate communication, and I never received recompense or even an apology, despite numerous engagements with head office. I ended up $500 out of pocket for two weeks of minding, PLUS $220 in cleaning fees.
I'll never use this service again and recommend other people find something else.
