We read the bad reviews. We chose to ignore the bad reviews and trust that these people must love animals and that disgruntled customers are common everywhere. After picking up our puppy dog we have doubts. We left a toy and his cushioned bed to comfort him...when we picked up there was no sign of either. We asked for it and they had difficulty bringing it to us (perhaps hopeful we would say me nevermind)...they brought the bed and it was drenched in dog urine and covered in dogs hair (our dog doesn’t shed or lose hair)...enough urine and hair to justif throwing it in the bin immediately. It made us sick. It was wet all over. His yelling and crazy behaviour when he greeted us was prob not unusual for any kennel, but we feel he was more than likely mistreated and he won’t be staying there again. Suggest anyone do a thorough check before considering this place, we didn’t walk through the facility at all.
