Left 2 healthy beagles, got 2 very ill beagles back
We dropped our 2 healthy beagles at Pets Park for 3 nights and 4 days while we attended a funeral in Sydney. When we picked them up they were both vomiting and had bloody diareah. Had to take them to the emergency vet hospital where they were bith admitted with hge, which can be fatal. Was told by the vet it is NOT contagious. It is caused by eating something they shouldn't or some external factor. We paid forextra them to have their own sleeping quarters and own run. When my husband rang Carol to ask if they hsd been ill before we collected them, she said no. She also said she would call back to see how they were doing. Haven't heard back from her since. The vet bills so far have cost over $2000.00 and our dogs have been extremely ill. They are still recovering. Will never use this kennel again, and the apathy of the owners is indicative of the treatment of the animals in their care.

Great place to board your pet.
My dog was very well cared for and so happy to stay at Pets Park.
The staff were so friendly and caring and my dog warmed to them straight away.
Great facilities and large runs for the dogs to play.
We will be going back again for sure.
