We took our beautiful bunny here because he had been off his food for a day but had eaten that morning. After an e x ray I was told he had a gut statis and would need to be kept in overnight. I looked at the ex ray and the Vet Jen told me it was not a bad case and in her expectation he had a 90% chance of surviving the treatment.
We were called the next morning to be told that the medication had not worked and he was dead. After speaking to Jo she said she would put him in a box for us ready to collect as we couldn't face seeing him dead. THIS WAS NOT DONE EITHER. To add insult to injury we were charged $250 bucks for the medication that probably caused his death. Disgusted and VERY UNHAPPY. He was NOT very ill. They killed him.
