We have used Seven Oaks kennels for many years since arriving back from Western Australia, to live in Toowoomba, For our standards,their service is second to none, and the affection and care they show our extended family is one of love and genuine care. The current owners have tried extremely hard to shake off the negatives left behind from previous circumstances prior to their takeover of the business, and have striven to continually make ongoing improvements to make our experience better the Present Owners are wonderful, caring and genuinely compassionate animal lovers in every respect as we have found. I have no hesitation in supporting this wonderful kennel in our local region and will continue to board our precious Boy at every Opportunity that requires us to travel several times a year. Picked up our dog earlier than expected. Obviously caught then by surprise. My dog was covered in feces and some bloody wounds, had diarrhea, was dehydrated. My suspicions as to why they refuse to let anyone inspect their holding pens were confirmed. Just because you get your animal back washed or cleaned on your expected return date doesn't mean they are being treated appropriately. I will never leave my pets at this boarding kennel again and if you care for your pet I urge you to seek alternative arrangements as well.

Hands down an amazing kennel the owner there is incredibly helpful and my dogs are to busy saying good bye to them instead of saying hello to me. I have been using them for 10 years now. Thanks for taking my animals into your family x
