Neglectful
This boarding kennel, Sparrows in the Treetops. is so bad that it was even temporarily shut down by the RSPCA not too long ago for animal welfare concerns. Corrupt management and lack of care. The priority at Sparrows is only to make money.

Never EVER worry again!!
Thank you so much to Sarah and team at Sparrows - I very reluctantly left my dog Sadie and cat Catcha in the care at Sparrows - I shall not worry again and I'm off to book my next trip, very assured my loved animals will be extremely well cared for and pampered whilst in the care of Sparrows. Sadie came home freshly washed and groomed - a lovely touch.

regular visitor for years
We've been entrusting Michael and Sarah at SITT with Poppy for years. Being an English Bull Terrier she can be a bit of a handful and she's also on daily medication. The staff love her and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives.
