former client
in the past this was a great place but they now have the attitude that clients need then instead of the other way around. we put up a $250.00 deposit to reserve a room for boarding for 1 week. due to a death in the family, I was unable to leave town so we cancelled boarding. I asked for any kind of service such as bathing and nail trim for partial return of deposit but was told too bad, we are too busy and I did not give a full week notice of cancellation. even hotels only require 24 hr notice to cancel. will never use again

The Best By Far!
We have been using The Pines Pet Resort for 2 1/2 years now and could not speak more highly of it! The owners and staff are genuine animal lovers and run this facility to immaculate standards. We have tried the rest in the south east and none provide neither the level of care or service that The Pines does. Our 2 Labs get excited as soon as we enter exit ramp 157!
These people are true professionals who always put your pets welfare above all else and are always happy to answer an email or return a call if missed to update you on your pets holiday as well.
This place is the best kept secret in the south east!

Suspect barking control
Hi, we are seriously concerned that our 17 year old Bella was given medication to control barking during her recent stay at the Pines Pet Resort. When we collected her she appeared groggy and unsteady on her feet. She slept all the way home... Which never happens when she is in the car with us...After two days she has come good again and is walking steady and confident and fully barking...

Pretty good kennel for dogs
We left our two dogs here over 2013 X-mas. Firstly it was easy to get a booking pretty late. They don't charge an arm and a leg and they allow the dogs to relax outside of their kennels a fair bit. I was quite happy with their care of my babies.

Very Upset
This place was horrible the dogs etc are alone to much
From 11am -3pm 5pm to 8am no one is here to look after the animals at all NO ONE..
There is NEVER anyone here to take your calls I stressed my whole holiday NEVER GOING BACK or I advise you not too our dogs lovely caring came back stressed and havent stopped barking.. because im sure thats all they did all day poor dogs
