I booked my cat, Chester, in here for a 4 weeks stay. First time he has ever stayed anywhere and first time I had left him. I was a wreck! The staff were very reassuring and friendly and even kept me updated with photos and progress reports on him to keep me happy. As he wasn't eating properly whilst I was gone, they went out of their way to get him special foods to get him to eat. Would recommend them.
