I agree with the other review fully. I should have left immediately, taking my old, deaf, part blind Jack Russell with me. The place was very smelly and exceedingly untidy. The photos on line were not where my dog was kept. It was dark and stinky. Jeri said she washed his blanket due to an accident, but it along with his bed, which by the way, was dripping with urine, his favourite 14 yr old bear, had to be thrown away.. I couldn’t remove the smell. I had to stop at the nearest dog wash, because we couldn’t stand the smell of him anymore. My boy is all I have and Vic wasn’t very nice when we arrived and I told him he was old, deaf and nearly blind. I could say more, but if there was a zero mark, that’s what I would mark them. If you love you fur babies, no matter how urgent you need somewhere to go.....give this place a wide berth, please for their sake and your piece of mind.

I felt reassured after speaking with the lady who owned the place although there was no foyer to do the usual paperwork i was greeted outside and the place was unkept.the dog area seemed warm and the usual but when i picked my dog up she was very timid around the male owner and not happy at all (ears down) i don't know what happened to her but she is not herself and also what crap they fed her, she won't eat and is very unwell. we won't be going back.
