We were horrified at the tiny cat enclosure for our 2 cats. The staff member showing us the enclosure upon drop-off took one look at our faces and got us out of there quickly. It was a dingy, old vertical cage-type area with a shelf. There was a communal area that other cats could go into for playtime. Not what we were expecting. Our cats stayed there quite some time ago..it's possible the facilities have been updated. If you're considering this venue definitely visit to inspect before booking. A shame because the venue is quite nice from the outside and the staff were nice too.
