Have used this Kennel 10+yrs for stays ranging from overnight to 7 weeks. In my experience the facility is more than adequate, cleaned regularly & my dog has usually been bathed for collection, excepting the times they've been flexible enough to let me collect out of hours. Staff may sometimes be younger, not necessarily hospitality / customer service trained & not serving you at a 5 star restaurant so interaction may reflect this. What the staff are is animal people, they respect animals & will care for your pet in your absence. They'll feed your dog raw meat if you don't like biscuits & Dan took time to show me through when asked - wasn't an issue. My dog's come out with fleas once and ticks another time. On both occasions Dan was customer service oriented, apologetic, provided flea treatment & an explanation that they'd had a dog in from the North with ticks - couldn't be helped. No hesitation to recommend.
