This is the 3rd time my baby Poopy had stayed here and at first when she came home sick just thought a coincidence but 3rd time same symptoms vomiting diarrhoea shaking lethargic- when I first got there I stood at the counter while the 2 young girls completely ignored me and had a ten minute conversation- do yourself a favour so not take your beloved pets there - I have never ever complained about any service I have had as I will not be a Karen but I don’t won’t any other pet babies getting sick

Very happy
We were very pleased with our dog staying at Elcho park pet hotel. Our boy looked very happy when we picked him up and seemed to be well looked after

Shocking level of care
Never again!! We had our boy board here for a month while on holiday. For one month he lost 5 kg!! From 30 down to 25 - from a healthy dog to skin and bone! Hips, ribs, spine and frontal region protruding. Absolutely SHOCKING and there is simply NO excuse for such a lack of duty of care. I reached out directly to Pet Hotel first week to check in to be told he is picky with food, while he can be, I provided some food delivered. After reaching out multiple times again with no answer in the stay, I had more food delivered. Pet Hotel never informed me he was dropping so much weight and not eating - this should have caused alarm instantly and considering I was told they check weight every 3 days?? I paid close to $1500 for boarding and this is the care our boy received. Another week in this place could have been much worse. Pet Hotel needs should be audited with this level of neglect being carried out. It is clear Pet Hotel pushes quantity over quality of care and sadly our boy suffered for it.

Happy Pups and Kitty
We are just gotten back from a 25 day stay at Pets Country Club in Lara and I cannot say how thankful I am! They all came home so happy and the team really seem to know their stuff. We will be back again for sure!

Love it!
My 2 dogs have been coming here since 2017.
I have never had any negative experiences here and find the team extremely welcoming.
They let you walk through the facility to see what they are all about. My dogs pull me through the doors every time and sometimes i think they like the girls better than me!

Best Mate Holiday
I have always had only good experiences here and have been coming for over 6 years. The team have looked after both my dogs and my cat, they always come home happy and healthy

Our dog lost his bark and was thin and sad and they had no goodbyes for him or any friendliness towards us after his long stay. Never leaver your pet here!

Princess & BB & Mum/Slave Carol say thanks.
My boy and girl Seniors came back home calm and contented, nicely brushed too. Thank you all for giving their daily medication and for the Seniors Care.
They have serenely resumed control of the house.
I have put down their homecoming date as they checked in on 27th December, last year.

Love it!
My pets are always well looked after here, and i just love the greeting we all get when checking in! They have lovely large outdoor play areas and their Cattery is just perrrrfect for my little guy! My dogs always come home in great condition and tired from all the fun activities they have to offer! I can see why it's where the Vets leave their pets!

Perfect for all breeds!
My French Bulldog Lola loves her holidays at Elcho Park Pet Hotel!
We have tried other places in the past but have not felt the same level of care was given. We love the dedicated care and understanding at Elcho Park!
Being a Frenchie and struggling in the heat, it is good to know that she is in an air conditioned room and will be safe on hot days.
I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to know their pets are having a safe and fun time while they are away!
Thank you to the staff and we will see you again at Easter! :)

Home away from home
Our family has been using Elcho Park Pet Hotel in Lara for over 10 years.
I can not recommend this Pet Hotel more highly. Our beautiful Corgi Harry spent many wonderful holidays with the staff at Elcho and absolutely loved going there. As we lived just down the road Harry used to go and visit the girls regularly for a cuddle with his one ear up and one ear down everybody knew him... I think our number was on speed dial to let me know we was visiting again. Sadly we lost Harry a while ago and a beautiful plaque arrived in memory of Harry a touching gesture from the wonderful friendly and caring staff and owners.
We now have Lucy another Corgi who also loves her stays at Elcho and the cat Finn stays as well . When we return from holidays the kids are so excited to collect our pets and Lucy comes home freshly bathed and brushed smelling beautiful.
We are always greeted by name as are the pets which is just very reassuring when leaving our fury friends for a holiday.

Perfect Cat Retreat!
My cat Yuki often stays at Elcho Park Pet Hotel!
The HUGE suites and secure outside play areas keep him happy and healthy.
He is fed the same premium foods that I feed him myself so I know he is happy and the cosy fireplace keeps him warm in his winter visits. The cuddles he gets from the staff also help! :)
Highly recommend for any fur babies! They deserve to have as much fun as we do on their holidays too!

Elcho Park has been looking after Rocky for quite sometime now and whether it is just for a short stay or a longer one, I know that he is safe and comfortable but most of all happy :) The staff do a FANTASTIC job caring for him and are beautiful and caring people. You can just tell how much they love your pets! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pampered pooch :)

Totally recommend
One of the few places I'm really comfortable leaving our dog. He always is looked after as of their own and never comes home unhappy. Would recommend this place to anyone
