Very disappointing
my pet was moved to a different location without my consent .he was not fed properly as I got back to pick him up he was underfed.Certainly not keeping my pet at this boarding next time.

Dog boarding
We had our 4 year old Maltese Terrier, Buddy, board at the Sydney Airport facility. When we dropped him off I had to ask the staff if they wanted to see a copy of his vaccination certificate instead of the staff asking for this themselves. I wrote to them to ask how he was going and I got a prompt response on how he was going which elevated our kids worries as they were missing him terribly. Upon pickup however, we told the staff the name of the dog that we were picking up and they bought out the wrong dog, another Buddy that our Buddy was boarding with, but I had advised them of our surname and the breed of dog before they went to collect him so they should have known which dog was ours. Since we have been home, our dog has been out of sorts, and now has kennel cough, which is worrisome considering, as previously stated, that the staff never asked for the vaccination certificate, so how many other health issues has not just my dog, but every other dog at the facility, been exposed to if staff aren't being diligent in their job by making sure there are no known health issues being brought into this facility. Will not be using this service again.

We have always been happy and have repeatedly used Hanrob Heathcote. It's very convenient that you can drop them off at the vets for their departure.

Not just a boarding house
Hanrob Sydney airport were fab from the first momentwe entered. They called and provided us with an update of Nelly's first time. At collection they knew her name as soon as we said her breed, they provided a report card about her time and made the entire experience fantastic.

always happy with the service
I have boarded at least 3 of my dogs at Hanrob and the service is fantastic and the staff are exceptional. It is a little expensive but its quality care and the dogs are always happy and well cared for when we collect them.
