Sick dog and abysmal follow up
Our dog stayed at Hanrob Tullamarine for three nights and has been very sick for the next week. I have tried to speak to the staff there and have left several messages with no courtesy of a reply. Do not use this service.

We put our dog in Hanrob for 11 days and got her back so sick she may need to be put down. Listening to the absolute horseshit that the manager of Hanrob Pet Hotels Melbourne is saying is unacceptable.
Our dog went in healthy and came out so sick the vets are saying she may need to be put down. The staff kept no notes and she was filthy and clearly sick when we picked her up. Now we’ve got the manager, Narelle, on the phone side stepping as fast as she can and avoiding taking the blame.
Absolutely not good enough. Aside from the costs we’ve incurred it’s an absolutely pathetic attempt at customer service and problem solving.
Edit to update:
In the hours since this was also posted on the Hnrob facebook page they have deleted the post, as well as switched off the ability for people to post on their page.
I was promised a representative from hanrob would be in touch to speak but clearly this own't be happening with attempt to hide and cover up.
Absolutely appalling behaviour from any business let alone one that deals with being trusted to look after beloved pets.
DON NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Dog Board
I don't often write bad reviews but in this case I will. I left my dog there for 4 weeks whilst on holidays and when I collected her she was cowering and this unhappiness lasted for 1 week. I phoned and asked what happened to her. The receptionist said nothing happened to her but for an extra fee she could be let out to play for more than the usual 10 minutes. That meant caged for 23 hours and 50 minutes each day !!!

Disappointing
You pay top dollar here and our animals seem happy here. However, when our dog came home with a bite on her ear we can't get anyone to return calls or let us know what happened. It is a month later and we are still being Fobbed off and told Kevin will call us back. The silence is deafening

Small, cramped kennels
I've found this business to be quite deceptive in that small dogs are consistently housed with up to 3 others in the same kennel. Enrichment is also poor as dogs are denied toys in their kennels and are only let out for a group run once per day. It's a very stressful environment and easy to see that money is Hanrob's biggest priority, not pet welfare.
