Really good service
I boarded my bull terrier for 7 days and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Really good customer service and facilities. Will definately use them again

Always a holiday for our dogs
Our two dogs are return visitors to the Hunter Pet Motel and the staff always go out of their way to greet our two dogs and make them feel welcome.
Both dogs can be anxious and timid, but as soon as we arrive they bound out of the car and can't wait to start their stay at Hunter Pet Motel.
Both the dogs and their bedding is washed and smelling lovely when we pick them up and the boys always come home happy and worn out from all the fun they've had during their stay.
I always feel 100% comfortable that I'm leaving my dogs in capable and loving hands and highly recommend Hunter Pet Motel!

Incredibly grateful
The Hunter Pet Motel went above and beyond to make my two dogs and kitty feel comfortable and also put my worry at ease after their long flight across the country. My pets were well looked after we received regular updates and their feeding were individualised to their needs. Would highly recommend the Hunter Pet Motel!

Excellent Facility
I wouldn't normally leave my dog at a boarding facility, however this place is fantastic. It's really clean, the dogs look happy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My dog came home well cared for and clean (due to a complimentary wash!). Thank you for taking such good care of my dog, I would definitely recommend!

Winnie, the puss cat, is a regular at Brett & Charmaine's place - she's stayed about 6 times over the years ranging from 3 days to 30 days and I cannot fault them in any way. Professional and polite and above excellent facilities. Well done Hannah for employee of the year! I highly recommend HPM to take care of your fur babies...

A satisfied boarder
For the first time ever we left our dog in the care of someone else, in this case Hunter Pet Motel. I went for a look with her a couple of weeks before we went away and to ensure her paperwork with vaccinations were in order. We were most welcome to inspect the kennel and we were given a tour of the centre. The staff were very friendly, approachable and accomodating. In total we were away for 18 days. When we went to pick up our dog, we found a well-looked after, happy and healthy girl. Next time we go away without our dog, I would definitely board her again with Hunter Pet Motel, knowing that she would be well cared for and loved.

All of our customers know Hannah our Kennel Manager, she is a 1 in a million. Hannah won through the Singleton Business Chamber Awards ""The Employee of the year"" in the Singleton LGA. Hannah care and love of all pets is amazing, she manages the daily staff work load. As the owners we are so proud of you Hannah. And all the staff that make our business what it is.

Extremely Happy
We recently boarded our Cocker Spaniel Nelson for a week at Hunter Pet Motel Elderslie and couldn't have been happier with the care given to him. All the staff were very friendly, the premises are very clean and well cared for and they are also the only accredited Kennel in the Hunter area and you can understand why.They may be a little further out but it is worth the extra few minutes to know your pet is well cared for .We had previously had major problems with another kennel and had to take Nelson to the vets 3 times after being there. It is now a week after picking Nelson up and not one problem!
As I said we couldn't be happier and nor could Nelson.

Very happy
Very happy with Hunter Pet Motel. My dog boarded there for 2 weeks. Kennels are clean and dry and exercise runs are clean. Dogs are well cared for, fed properly and exercised. Can bring your own food, bedding or toys if desired. Will use again if required and know that my dog is safe and well looked after. There is also a cattery.

Home away from home
Can't speak highly enough of the Hunter Pet Motel. Our dog Hugo was treated like one of the family during his stay. When we picked him up he looked better than when we left him! Terrific service.
