BEWARE
We engaged a sitter via Mad Paws to conduct a house visit on the Sunday of a long weekend. The sitter completely forgot to attend and it was only after our text message on the Monday afternoon that the sitter remembered our 2 dogs locked inside our home with no access to the yard or food. When we lodged a complaint with Mad Paws they denied our request for $80 compensation which was what we had to pay to shift our airfares to a much earlier flight home to get to our starving fur babies. BEWARE - Mad Paws will take no responsibility for their sitters failures and they will not reimburse completely reasonable requests for compensation.

The Mad Paws team helped me find pet sitter Sophie. She is an absolute animal lover, and pet sitting enables her to enjoy the company of furry friends. Sophie is a great communicator. She sent me regular updates of my pup Bella having the best time. I have no doubt that Bella misses her already and I look forward to using her and Mad Paws services again next time we need a dog sitter!
