I had used Meadowmist for over 30 years, it was sold. Staff from old place came over, twice I used them it was ok, just ok. This last time I took my new kitten. The first time we had left her None of the old staff were there, the staff they had were so scruffy looking. They had no heated pads this is winter, the room was cold and dark. I even had to ask for a bed for her. I emailed them 5 times, no reply. I even go my neighbour to ring them. She had to ring back twice. When we picked her up it was very cold and dark. She was absolutely terrified. She did not have a bed to sleep in. They charged me $35 a day, and we supplied all the food. It took her 3 days to settle at home. Never again would I go there. I have since used Puss n Boots bright clean place.heated pad $27 a day. I would pay anything for my baby, they really looked after her
