Take your money, give you almost nothing.
You can't communicate with them when something goes badly wrong. They simply take your money and send you canned helpdesk responses. Their insurance is worth nothing because it is intended to protect Pawshake and not you. They take 19% of the money and give very little value in return. It's just a website run by someone who has limited knowledge of dogs, but who will take your money regardless.
