Booked my 2 dogs in pet resorts ingleside. Had to pay $700 deposit. I made a mistake & booked the wrong place do you think I can get my money back they are robbers. Tried so many times to get through to the manager & explain my situation without any success. Buyer beware. They are not a reputable business to deal with. I am devastated to not have any resolution of this matter. So if they are like that with me a little ok lady who made a genuine error in booking wrong place what other skullduggery would they be up to. N

PLEASE tour the facilities before you book your pet
I took my dog there for a few day cares before i intended to book her in for a longer stay and I am so relieved that I did the tour beforehand. I won't go into detail but please don't be put off by them saying they are "booked out for months" and insist on a tour and see the cages and facilities they keep your dogs in. Ask how many dogs per cage and look at the facilities. The promotion image they use on their site is ONE of ONE special rooms. don't be fooled. Sorry but details below are anonymous.

Return Happy Canine
Coby spent 5 weeks at Pet Resorts Dural and we were so pleased with the continued attention we received on Coby's well being.We received photos and text messages on her stay , what she was doing and who she played with. Her nannies enjoyed her company as well.. I recommend Dural Pet Resorts.

Happy dog happy me!
Mali has had the best care over many stays at Pet Resort Dural. He always comes back happy, healthy and washed! He gets picked up from the local vet and returned there so no extra driving for me. He's due to go again for a short holiday in September.

Staff were fantastic. facilities that I saw were great. Dog appeared well looked after and was washed and cared for except for a small scratch probably due to dog play time

Above and beyond!
Exceeded all my expectations! My dogs always come home happy and healthy! I'd happily recommend them to anyone and my dogs came back really well behaved after the training they received by the amazing trainers!
