Very disappointed
We had our dog in boarding for 3 days, he came back home smelling nice but extremely tired, lying down most of the time, whinning and three days later was diagnosed with kennel cough. Not a good experience at all, he has been to other boarding kennels before and never had him like this, very disappointed and $182 in vet bill for kennel cough

Stay well clear of this place - I asked if I could see the kennel where my dog would stay and I was told that the area is used for training dogs. When I went back a few weeks later to drop of my dog for training I saw one of their staff pick up a dog by the skin on their back and lift it in the air and drop the poor dog on the ground in disgust. I watched in horror and he kicked the dog with his heel until it sat. I drove away listening to the yelping - I reported them to the RSPCA and if enough of us complain they will be shut down for the fuckers that they are and get what they deserve. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE - MASSIVE ANIMAL ABUSE - they do not give a rats arse about the animals. All you have to do is drive up there and wait and you will see it!!!!!!

Can't believe it's a Kennel
Was very surprised when I turned up to find that they are like no other Kennel I have dealt with. Security gates, manicured gardens, cameras and high double brick fences. When I asked I was told that it was all done to keep the animals in their care safe and I was really impressed. Everything is so clean and tidy and no dog poo smells - and they have a swimming lake for the dogs! Not bad, not bad at all.

If your thinking about taking your dog to Pets Training and Boarding school 95 Sixth Road Berkshire Park I urge you NOT to I took my 6month old staffy for 1 week training training and this is how my pup came back with a scar from the choke chain they used. He also was choking constantly for days and scared.
The manager Ali was absolutely rude and arrogant and wouldn't help fix this issue.

My dog had multiple inflamed pressure, severe weight loss and fever on the day i pick him up. i have spent over 2k on his vet bills. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!

Service could be better
Dog training was good but overall hand over and contact after departure (especially when we had queries) was not satisfactory.
