Poor care of dogs
This place was terrible. My dog came home incredibly sick and underweight. Will never return again and have reported to the RSPCA.

Discriminatory, ignorant and rude
This business refuses to provide services to any kind of staffy / pitbull breed, including any and all mixes. They actively label these breeds as dangerous and aggressive and when their policy is questioned by the many owners of said breeds who disagree with this notion, they respond with hateful comments about hoping you and your family don’t one day get attacked by your unpredictable breed of a dog. If you’re questioning having your dog stay here, read the review responses to those who have expressed disheartenment at this policy. No politeness afforded to people who genuinely are just raising that the policy as a blanket rule sends poor messaging about blaming the breed, especially noting they allow other “risky” dogs such as German shepherd and rotty.

Alice's happy stay
Snuggles combines the best features of what a good kennel should be. One of the impressive aspects of Snuggles for me was the opportunity for dogs to play. Another is the cleanliness, size and quality of Alice's accommodation and the genuine concern Noel and his staff has for the animals in their care.
My sweet Alice came home clean, happy and tired.
As a fussy dog owner and having had Alice in other kennels while not able to measure Alice's response to kennel life I have booked her into Snuggles for two more visits at least. The trip from Canberra is worth it.
